Fall into wellness

Days are getting shorter, nights are getting cooler, and fall is a good time to slow down and notice the simple things, like your breath.

You take about 25,000 of them a day.

This month we’re paying attention to all of it: a new book club reading Breath by James Nestor, new ways to move with added classes, new personal training options, private Lagree sessions, and new ways to show up for our community through our Special Olympics partnership and youth programs.

Dive in for the details, and we will see you in the studio.

Book Club: Breath by James Nestor, starts October 15th.
Starts Thursday, October 15

Breathe + Connect: SWC Book Club
