One class, two methods, split down the middle. Half Lagree on the Megaformer, half yoga flow or strength on the floor.

Athletic vinyasa inspired by Baptiste Power Yoga. Breath to movement, core work, a little stillness.

Guided recovery on the mat or the Megaformer. Move better, recover faster, feel more at ease.

Every fitness class on the schedule: Lagree, Mega+, Strength Circuit, Kickboxing, Power Flow Yoga, and Stretch & Mobility. Choose 5, 10, or unlimited classes per month, month to month or yearly. Wellness services are booked separately and open to everyone.
No. Coaches guide you through every class and offer modifications for any level, whether it is your first workout or your five hundredth.
Comfortable workout clothes and a water bottle. Grip socks are required on the Megaformer for safety.
10 to 15 minutes before class, especially on your first visit. It gives us time to check you in, hear about any injuries, and get you comfortable on the equipment.
Cancel at least 8 hours before class start, using the same method you booked with. Late cancellations are $15 and no shows are $30, with class credits returned to your account for future use.
Look for the blue parking cones. They mark SWC parking across the front lot, the side lot, and the back gravel lot, all free. If it looks full right before class, hang tight. Classes empty out quickly, so spots turn over fast.
